World Fantasy Games owns, controls, and provides access to fantasy sports web sites. These Terms of Use govern your membership. These Terms of Use apply only to our web sites, registering for services offered on our web sites, or by accepting, uploading, submitting or downloading any information or content from or to our web sites. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, please DO NOT apply for membership with World Fantasy Games.

Acceptance of Terms

Your use of products managed by World Sports Technology, Inc. d/b/a World Fantasy Games (“WFG”) is subject to these Terms of Use, which may be updated at any time without notice to you. It is important for you to refer to these Terms of Use regularly to make sure that you are aware of any modifications that have been made. If a change is made to these Terms of Use; WFG will post a notice on our web sites and/or send an email to active members. Your request for a WFG membership constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Description of Web Site Services

WFG currently provides users with access to a rich collection of online resources. Unless specifically stated otherwise, any new features that enhance the web sites, including the release of new or specialized WFG web-based services, are subject to these Terms of Use. We may change or discontinue any aspect of the web sites at any time without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict access to parts of, or all of the web sites without notice or liability. In order to become a member WFG, you must obtain access to the Internet, either directly or through devices that access web-based content, and pay any service fees associated with such access. In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the Internet.

Property Ownership

The past, present and future content of products managed by WFG, including, organization, games, graphics, text, images, audio, videos, designs, compilations, advertising copy, and the trademarks, logos, domain names, trade names, service marks, patents and trade identities; any and all copyrightable material (including source and object code); and all other materials related to the web sites, including the general theme of the web sites are protected by applicable copyrights and are the property of WFG. Except those set forth in these Terms of Use or otherwise allowed in writing by WFG, no rights are granted to you. You agree to abide by any and all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any web site you use as a WFG member. Copying, archiving or storing any part of the web sites for a purpose that is not permitted by these Terms of Use is prohibited without prior written permission from WFG.

Links To Other Web Sites

Web sites used by WFG members may contain hyperlinks to other web sites. If you use the hyperlinks to access these other web sites, you will leave the WFG web site and your browser will be re-directed to the desired web site. The outside web sites may have their own terms of service and privacy policy and may have different practices and requirements than WFG. WFG may not have knowledge of, and is not responsible for, the content presented by any other web site. WFG does not warrant or make any representation regarding the legality, accuracy, or authenticity of the content presented on other web sites. The hyperlinks to other web sites do not constitute an endorsement by WFG. Our web sites are providing these links to you as a convenience.

Our Linking Policy

Any web site that links to a WFG web site: (a) may link to, but not replicate, our content; (b) must not imply that WFG is endorsing or sponsoring it or its products, unless WFG has given its prior written consent; (c) must not present false information about WFG or its products or services; (d) must not use any WFG trademarks without prior written permission from WFG; and (e) must not contain content that could be construed as distasteful, offensive or controversial. By linking to a WFG web site, you agree that you comply with the above linking requirements.

Additional Terms

Any unethical play of games managed by WFG may result in suspension or revocation of the offender’s WFG account. In the event that WFG deems a consumer has acted unlawfully or dishonest while playing our games we reserve the right to take action as we see fit, including but not limited to, blocking access to games, terminating the user account, disclosing information to any person having the legal right to such information and/or taking appropriate legal action against said WFG member.

You agree to provide only true, accurate, current and complete information. If you create a user account, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, if any, and agree you will not sell, transfer or assign your user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, if any, and for restricting access to your computer, cell phone (or other internet access device) so that others may not access any password-protected portion of the WFG Network using your name, user name or password. In order to be prize eligible, you must provide accurate information in the required fields. Anyone that does not meet these requirements is subject to disqualification.

Consumers are not allowed to create or use more than one account. Players who are found to have multiple accounts or to have allowed multiple users to access their account may face suspensions or revocations of their WFG membership, including disqualification from game and/or loss of prizes.

Promotions

WFG may offer games and other promotions, which may be governed by a separate set of rules that describe the game or promotion and may have eligibility requirements. It is your responsibility to read those rules to determine whether or not your participation, registration or entry will be valid or restricted, and to determine the sponsor's requirements of you in connection with the applicable game or promotion.

Third Party Content and Information

WFG web sites contain content that is provided for your convenience and enjoyment. Third parties provide some of the content. You should be aware that content from third parties may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies or outdated information and that the content may be subject to other terms and conditions, which may be found on the web sites or in the documents and policies of third parties. WFG makes no representations or warranties as to the completeness, accuracy, adequacy, currency or reliability of any content. Third party advertisers may offer goods, services and other materials to you on WFG web sites. Your correspondence and business dealings with others found on or through WFG are solely between you and the sponsor. You agree that WFG will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort sustained as the result of any such dealings or the offering of such products, services, and other content on third party web sites.

Information You Submit

WFG web sites may contain the option to upload or otherwise submit information by offering forums, bulletin boards, chat rooms or other interactive areas. WFG and WFG employees, or other representatives of each entity do not endorse the content posted in any user forum. WFG reserves the right to delete, move or edit consumer-uploaded information, in whole or in part, for any reason in their sole discretion. WFG reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to web sites in the WFG Network and pursue all legal remedies if we believe your uploaded information infringes upon another's copyright or otherwise violates any law, rule or regulation.

All information uploaded by the member is their sole responsibility. This means that you are entirely responsible for all of the information that you upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available via a web site in the WFG Network. If you post personal information on publicly available areas of the web sites then you may receive unsolicited messages from third parties. WFG cannot ensure the security of any information you post on publicly available areas of the web sites. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for the information consumers upload including, errors in information, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of said information. You represent that the information you choose to upload is original work or you have all necessary rights in it and to submit it to the web sites under the Terms of Use; that it is not offensive; and that it does not violate the rights of any third parties. You also agree that you are liable for all costs and consequences that are connected to or arise from a violation of these Terms of Use.

You acknowledge that WFG undertakes no obligation to pre-screen your uploaded information, but has the right to modify, transmit, refuse, move, or remove any of your uploaded information. You agree that you must bear all risks associated with the use of any of your uploaded information including, but not limited to, any confidence on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of your uploaded information. Since WFG may not pre-screen user generated content, you may bear legal responsibility for others' exposure to any offensive or questionable content in your uploaded information.

End User License Agreement

This agreement should be read by you, the consumer, in its entirety. This agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and WFG.

Subject to the terms and conditions stated within, WFG grants each member a non-exclusive and personal right to access our servers and play our games. WFG retains authority over the issuing, maintenance, and closing of consumer accounts. The decisions of WFG management in regards to any consumer account are final.

Web sites on the WFG Network are intended for personal use. Consumers must provide full and truthful information regarding his/her legal name and identity as requested for membership with WFG. Each new member must provide a unique email address. Only one official registered member may register and play games within the WFG Network per email address. The single email address must be valid or WFG and its affiliated Sponsors have the right to disqualify all members at any time without refund of any fees paid. Each member must also be the rightful owner or have authorized use of the email account associated with the valid email address provided when applying for a WFG membership.

If you, the consumer, fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions contained within the Terms of Use WFG reserves the right to take action as it sees fit, including immediately blocking access to games on the WFG Network, terminating the consumer’s account and taking any appropriate legal action against said consumer.
