Chat Rooms, Forums, Blogs and Message Boards:

WFG Network web sites may make chat rooms, forums, interactive blogs and message boards (“Public Forums”) available to you and other users. You are not required to provide personal information but may choose to do so. Please be advised that any personal information you share online in a Public Forum will be publicly available and you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties. WFG cannot ensure the security of information you share in any Public Forum. Likewise, we cannot ensure that those who have access to said information will respect your privacy. Please exercise caution when posting information in these areas. WFG reserves the right to prevent Member access to any and all Public Forums for any reason.

Commitment to Security:

To prevent unauthorized access to our members’ personal information WFG has put into place capable physical, electronic and managerial procedures. Likewise we ensure that information of WFG members will be used correctly and their data will be maintained accurately.

Note for Parents concerning Privacy:

The WFG Network is a group of general audience web sites. On WFG Network web sites, we do not currently knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 18. You must be 18 years of age to officially play and win fantasy sports games managed by WFG.

Your acceptance of the Privacy Policy and notification of changes to the Privacy Policy:

By using WFG Network web sites, you signify your agreement to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time.
