All prize amounts are guaranteed, regardless of the total number of Members joining the Promotion.
TIES: In the event of a tie, the winner will be the Participant who most accurately predicts the total points scored in the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament Championship Game (i.e. closest to actual points scored, whether above or below). If a tie remains after that tiebreaker, cash prizes will be split. For example, if two teams tie for a Grand or first place prize, the first and second place prizes are added together and split. If a tie still exists (after tiebreaker) for a merchandise prize(s), sports trivia questions will be used to break the tie and award the merchandise prize(s).
